  • Can livestock be returned?
    In the rare and unfortunate circumstance, a return or refund is required, please see the requirements below: Perishable goods such as livestock cannot usually be returned. Only in the event of DOA’s, after communication with us can a return be made. Refunds and credits are subject to the live arrival guarantee policy Terms & Conditions.
  • Can I return equipment and dry goods?
    If damage or faults are found with the equipment ordered, please get in touch to let us know of the circumstances. If you can provide photographic evidence this will also help. To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be returned to us (using the cheapest form of postage available to you) unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once received, we will inspect the return and once we accept this, we will honour all warranties given by the manufacturer in the form of a refund or credit.
  • Can I return a gift card?
    Please note that gift-cards are non-refundable. However, they have no expiry date and can be used at your convenience.
