Peanut granules (500g)
 
The Peanut granules blend is an excellent source of protein and fatty acids for seed dispersing species. Young founding colonies will take these (especially if pre-crushed) but we often find more success in established colonies with 40+ workers.
 
This type of seed is high in protein, lipids and phosphorus - all of which aid in the development of the young during the larval stage, especially in Pheidole or Carebara spp.

Storage: Room temperature, dry & out of direct sunlight
 
Serving suggestion (for tub sizes which include complimentary scoop):
 
Founding colony (20+ workers): 1/2 a scoop per week
 
Small colony (20-40+ workers): 1 scoop per week
 
Suitable for: Carebara spp. / Pheidole spp. / Messor spp.
