The Red Millet Seed Mix refill is a handy top up and source of essential nutrients for seed dispersing species. Young founding colonies will take these but we often find more success in slightly more established colonies with 20+ workers.
This type of seed is high in carbohydrates, Vitamin E and Manganese - all of which aid in the development of the young during the larval stage.
